dead roses within 24 hours of delivery to my mom on mother's day. My sister called and we await resolution. I wish that all online florists were clearer from the outset that the shipping charges can be changed and the orders cancelled at the beginning of the ordering process and not on the 2nd to the last page.

The flowers were left at the door and by Tuesday, they started to wilt.The tulips didn't have plastic to firm up the stems and they were all falling over. There were only 3 left as of Wednesday morning. the irises had maybe another day left. And coincidentally, the same order was placed by my children, to me and the irises have all shrivelup up and it's only 4 days, and the tulips have 1 day left. To add to this, the flowers were delivered (according to my children tracking the order somewhere around 3pm on Saturday (they didn't knock or ring as the label said to) and we didn't go to the front door to lock up the house until 9pm and they had been sitting in the sun most of the afternoon and a good part of the evening. SO THAT'S TWO ORDERS, FROM RELATED FAMILIES, ONE TO NJ & ONE TO NY AND BOTH DIDN'T LAST BEYOND THE 4TH DAY. I started out with a reasonable $29.99 and ending up paying $49.00. Choosing standard shipping was 6.99, but if you want a Sat. delivery, only4.99 and surprise, you pay for both shipping amounts, plus a handling charge.Tax I can't escape - but the other charges are a bit redundant & over the top as far as I see it. I do feel taken!

It. was a disasret The flower selection was quite good and the price for the flowers was real good. I reserve judgement on the quality til i see the bouquets. The shipping cost are scandulous and this will prohibit me from doing this type of thing very often.

the flowers were great but 40 dollars worth of flowers ended up costing 104.00 with 20% off the flowers and price of flowers are great my dissatisfaction was 40 dollars worth of flowers ended up costing 104.00 with shipping and extra fees and i even had 20% off

I was not aware that there were additional fees for delivering on Mother's Day, and also that was the only day you had to chose for delivery. I did not like the additional delivery charges.If I had noticed the added charges, I would not have ordered the flowers. If possible I would like to cancel my order, for the reason stated.

Had one rose that the whole top fell off of the stem as we were. Taking it out of the box. All the others were fine
