when I went into the Ace they had no paperwork on my paid for products and had placed them on the shelf to sell. Lucky I went there early to gather my paid for products. The lady said there was no paperwork stating that I had oedered the product online so she placed them on the shelf.

My Dad always told me that if we could not find an item that we were looking for at Home Depot or Lowe's to just go to ACE because they always seem to have what you need.
I shop at Ace quite a lot. My father told me when we moved to Florida, if you can't find it any where else, go to ACE! So instead of going other places, I usually just go to ACE instead.

Friendly store with nice people working there! They had my order in my hands within two minutes fo entering the store. AMAZING!!!
This store is very quaint and I cannot just walk in and out, I MUST study their merchandise. They were the ONLY company offering exactly what I wanted.

The item hasn't shown up yet! They supplied a "link" to track my order, but all that does is take me to the ACE homepage with no further explanation on how to track my order.Additionally, they shipped the order from Illinois to California. It seems that ACE would have a warehouse closer, like in Los Angeles or even Phoenix. That should only have taken a day or two to deliver.I will NEVER again use this service!
