I have been a long time Crutchfield customer and have never had any issues with product, prices or support. In reference to this order where I had a question about a item which was free with the product purchase when the product was out of stock, Crutchfield personally contacted me and corrected the matter. As a small business owner myself that deals with the public, The service, professionalism and yet personal touch that Cructhfiled provides in the internet market world is unmatched, they simply are the best.
Love Crutchfield..long time customer....I did have a issue with this order that I was not totally happy with. I waited for a powered sub woofer to be back in stock to order. When the sub woofer was out of stock, it included a free wiring kit. As soon as the sub woofer was back in stock, I placed my order for the subwoofer, but there was no longer a free wiring kit included. I called and spoke with a representative about this issue to see if I could still get a free wiring kit since the powered sub had been out of stock. Was told they could not do that. I will still continue to shop at Crutchfield..but feel dissapointed about having to pay for the wriing kit when before, it was free when the powered sub was out of stock.

Very impressed with all of the necessary adapter cables.

Only frustration was web chat information on the rear speakers for the BMW Z3 2.8 with Harmon Kardon sound system, the rear speakers are 4" not 5.25"

The educational aspects of the online portal are a real plus for me...most retailers don't bother and it helps me trust Crutchfield.

Crutchfield as usual provides high quality equipment at good prices and very fast shipping. The speakers were not a drop-in fit in my Porsche and some of the installation details were annoying (had to make it up as I went along) but then the car is 24 years old as is the gear I am replacing.
always pleased with their selection and service. Rarely have had to return an item and it wasn't a big deal.
