When the shipment arrived the box wasn't in very good shape plus the box wasn't sealed tightly. However all the items were in the box & luckily none were damaged.

I am completely satisfied with my order, and the speed of processing and the condition of the order when received. I WILL be placing additional orders in the future.
Site was recommended by a friend ... checked it out and liked it. I will be returning for additional purchases.

I ordered a lot of items so for a couple to b on backorder is not too big of an issue. I did however receive several decorative aquarium pieces that were broken. I was able to repair instead if send back and I personally witnessed the delivery(fed-ex / UPS) driver on two different deliveries being quite rough with several of the packages. I was overall pleased with my experience and will use and recommend. Thank you
I placed a 1500$ order with almost 70 items only one was back orderd that was excellent I will b placing another order for live fish and plants in a week or 2 thankx for having about everything I could think of and then some for my dogs bird cat and 100+ fish

I LOVE these beefrawhide bones and so do my dogs. Everyday when I get home from work they are patiently waiting for them, and I feel good about giving them to them, because they made in the USA, not from a foreign country. My vet has said to only buy dog treats and bones made in the US or Canada to be safe. Dogs love them and they are a good financial buy. Thanks Doctors Foster and Smith!
Great prices and quality. I find it hard to find chew bones made in the USA and Drs Fosters and Smith has them. My dogs love them! I feel confident in what I buy here, like the free shipping cost and the good prices.

Have not had any problems with this company at all-all bisiness and it does not take 1/2 an afternoon to put your order in as in some web sites.

Have written this before. Retractable lead which I have owned for two+ years was a German product of high quality. I lost or misplaced it and was forced to find another with Foster & Smith. What I received and have kept is very disappointing. My first lead had a heavy belt lead of 30 feet. I dropped it in water and ice and snow; no damage. This new light ,short lead is the best I could find and must either find a good nylon rope and forget about what was in the past. Thank you, Paul Hoskins
