the quality of the clothes is great....but im short and nothing fits me....also... i used the sizing suggestion...and the clothes came in way too big. even if they fit me in length..it was still way too big. as i said the quality is good...i did suggest the store to my friend.

Shopping online at Roaman's was one of the best online shopping experiences I have had ever. After placing my first order I noticed I had mistakenly double ordered an item and call the customer help line and they corrected my order before it even prepared to be shipped. It is a true pleasure doing business with Roaman's. Thank you for having great products and for have a truly great support staff.

Quality not what I expected. Sizes not similar to other on line sizes. Would cost too much to return items so they were given to charity. Was shipped UPS but sat at the local center for 3 days before the package was transfer to USPS and then took 2 more days for delivery

The problem was the sizes. I called before I placed the order for quite a few items to ask about the sizing. I asked if they were accurate. I was told that they were. When I got the items, which were "medium" according to the size chart, they were HUGE. Way too big. I am a size 12; these were big enough to fit a size 16!
Nice to have 24 hour customer service.

I have never had a problem with Roamans. I like the merchandise and will continue to purchase Roamans products. What you see is what you get. Returning items is easy to do, thankfully.
