First, I was told that due to the heavy volume from the sale that shipping would be delayed. When the package was finally shipped, I tracked it on the FedEx web site. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday, May 14, 2012. The web site said that the package had been delivered, but it wasn't at my house. I called Ralph Lauren and they said FedEx claimed that the package had been delivered. A tracer was put on the package, but I did not hear back about it. Finally, on May 16, a neighbor brought the package to my house. Fed Ex had delivered it to 2420 Patrick Boulevard instead of 2430 Patrick Boulevard. This is the second time in two years that Fed Ex has delivered a package from Ralph Lauren to the wrong house. Styles and sizes are limited in Big sizes of the Big Pony Collection. I wish you would offer more choices.

The handbag I purchased I had requested a gift box for it as it is a gift for a dear a friend but it did not come gift boxed. I called and requested one to be shipped. your customer service representative was most gracious. and offered to ship one to me. A Ralph Lauren gift is so special to receive. I am always so please to present it in such a beautiful box. Thank you for all you do. It's a wonderful experience every time. Marilyn My absolute FAVORITE designer. I want to order Ricki's cookbook but it has not been on line in a very long time. Can you help me with that? Many thanks!

For overseas purchaser like myself, we have to wait till 9pm our time in order to call up RL customer service due to the time zone differences. I am a regular buyer but due to my IP address (Malaysia) my order is automatically rejected by your system, despite using a Singapore credit card. It is a lot of hassle as I will then have to call up RL after each order to rectify this problem. Is it possible for ur system to identify repeat customers so that I do not have to go through this problem every single time? It will also be more efficient if RL also has live chat available as an option for contact.

I was very disappointed that two of the three Lauren cotton or linen dresses I ordered were lined with synthetic fabrics. This was NOT stated in the online information about the dresses; the only information given was that they were lined, but the content of the lining was not given. What is the point of wearing natural fabrics, which breathe, if the dresses made with them are lined with synthetic fabrics, which do not breathe? I will not wear such dresses. The third dress, made of linen, was lined with cotton, which was stated in the online information; but the dress itself was too heavy for its style to be comfortable. Also, it had no zipper and I could barely get it over my head, even though once I did, it fit.

I differ recieved a confirmation for the order or notice via email that the order had been shipped. And, when I contacted Ralph Lauren, they couldn't locate the order either. Wish free shipping was for purchases under $100
