i ordered 2 steel colored drapes i received 1 it also cost me 9.00 to return the drape the 4 navy r great

This item was not at all what I expected. Very small and didn't even go together with the enclosed screws. Ended up glueing it together. Also there are no stakes enclosed like the product description. Very cheaply made and too small to look good anywhere.
I purchased a bike from Brylane and was very satisfied with item and delivery. I hope my experience with this fence is just as nice.

I ordered an office chair that came with the wrong wheels. Brylane was eager to replace in a few weeks. I was dismayed buy this and the comment that other buyers of this chair had the same complaint. I then decided to put the chair together despite the missing wheels. But atlas, the chair itself was not aligned enough to be put together so I returned it. Now Iam leary about ordering another even though I feel that the manufacturer of the chair cheated Brylane.

i havent been disappointed so far in any order i've placed with brylanehome. but i do have a complaint on this order.i dont see where my discount was given. it did have and I used the code given. other than that...you guys rock!
I have purchased several pieces of merchandise from Brylane homes and have been totally satisfied. a couple of weeks ago i called customer service because of a offer i recieved that day...to find out it expired already.and he was very rude.

I am very Pleased with the products.
On the webpage I signed up for email to get free shipping, that didn't happen, then in order to get my purchase in reasonable time I had to add an additional 9.99! I don't agree with charging a whole bunch more just to get my purchase within a week.

I ordered two different sheet sets and a towel set. They sent me a postcard that the towels would be late, but I never heard anything about the sheets. They have still not come or contacted me.

I ordered the resin cart for my neighbor because she loved mine. Now she doesn't have to borrow mine for parties! This was my first order, not this one!I'm sure we will love the 5pc set for the beach!

I LOVE it! It's beautiful, easy to put together and easy to use. It's made my back yard a much more pleasant place on hot Miami days.
