My item was returned for some unknown reason & I needed the gift for my grand daughters H S graduation. Bradford actually resent the items so that I received the gift on the Fri of graduation. Thank you.
Looking forward to presenting our grand daughter with a keepsake she will hold dear forever

I did not receive a packing slip of the order giving me all information of the product. I need to have a copy.

All the purchasing aspects went well. When I wanted to follow the order during delivery, in order to get to that point, there were to many steps.
Bradford seems to have quality merchandise that is easily attained from the web sight.

1st time purchaser. Item did not meet expectations, though I was doubtful it could from pictures, but took a chance.

bought diamonesk ring set looks so fake i won't even wear it. you really need to upgrade your ring sets. also bought a navy watch which is very nice. also would like to know exactly when my debit card is going to be charged.

The online experience with the Bradford Exchange was real good. I had no problems ordering, choosing my payment type, or getting my delivery on time. All and all it was very efficient.
My experience with The Bradford Exchange Online was really simple. I didn't have to search for any special links, the page was user friendly, and the shipping options where plentiful and explained well. It's really a good and organized site.
