I don't know who's checking the incoming emails and responding to them, but I'm still waiting for a response from mine of @2 weeks ago regarding the return/replacement of this item. I'm growing older by the second:(

I never received my order!!!!!!!! I keep getting the run around every time I call or e-mail somebody about this. This is very frustrating as I get emails and stuff to take surveys on merchandise that I've never received. I want my order. I want my order asap or I'm NOT paying for it!!
