I accidently ordered the wrong battery for my laptop. When I emailed customer service, I rec'd a phone call the next day. The lady understood my problem and gladly sent me the correct battery, and emailed me the return label for me to return the wrong battery. I have now rec'd the correct battery and returned the wrong one. She was very friendly, understand and helpful.

I was supposed to get this product on 5/10/12 but I was surprised to find out that I was getting it on 5/07/12. That was a very nice surprise. This product was everything I expected and more. I never had an alienware computer but now, I will never buy anything else!! Thanks!!
I love the products that Dell has and I would continue to buy from them with my preferred account credit card, but the interest rate is 29.99% so after it is all paid off I will be cancelling the account.

I highly recommend to be a Dell costumer.
I would like that Dell should give more costumizable optoins for their desktop pc's, like processor models and ram. Or I will have to look somewhere els, say HP.

I was disappointed in FedEX. I stayed home to receive that packages. Then a note was left at my door. I called to pick up the packages. Only one package was at the office close to my home. A week later I received a post card notifying me that I would have to travel many miles to pick up the second package.
