Shipping prices are excessive. 16.95 is not competitive when customers in your demographic can use Amazon's cut rate Priority Mail shipping ($4.95) or Amazon Prime, where shipping is free.
You guys have competitive prices with Amazon and other companies, which is great. I wasn't expecting that. Your shipping options are miserable though. You should offer USPS Priority Mail which would be $5.00, not $16.95. That's absolutely ridiculous. I was able to use a code to have free shipping.

I am very satisfied with the product TEAC AD-RW900 audio cassette converter to CDs. I do feel, however, that the company should clarify in their product description that it does not come with sound system. It took me awhile after purchasing it to get information on what would be compatible for this unit. Customer service was very quick to answer my email questions, but I think they should have been more specific on what brands and models of speakers/amplifiers were appropriate for this unit. I finally was able to contact TEAC and received their input. I eventually purchased a set of Bose speakes, but I certainly didn't expect to be out another $100. to be able to use the initial product from Hammacher Schlemmer.

There is one item on back order; however, I am very satisfied with the two items that did come in.

An invoice was sent to me with no tax. My card was charged with no tax. Several days later the card was changed and charged anothe $18.75. A invoice was sent to me with one price and then changed. NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
