The rep was not able to help me. I had a discount that the website was rejecting and instead of helping me she pressured me into placing the order without the discount I almost back out of the order just because of that.
I TRIED TO USE A COUPON AND IT DIDN'T WORK THEN WHEN I CALLED THE REP DIDN'T HELP I TRIED USING THE COUPON THE FOLLOWING DAY AND THEN IT WOKRED I ALMOST BACKED OUT FROM MAKING THE PURCHASE. SHIPPING IS TOO EXPENSIVE I WISH I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A DISCOUNT FOR IT.

I was disappointed with the "Pink" items - they seemed very poor quality compared to other VS items.
I would like to purchase a bra by color not only by style, size etc

Wish that returns were easier for Canadians. I'd be more likely to try things. I would buy more, but instead often look for similar products at bananarepublic.ca as they allow free returns.
Too bad Canadians can't use discounts and are exempt :(I would buy more often. Also if returns were easier I would give more items a try. Like banana reoubliv website. Check it out. Easy returns. I do most of my shopping with their company because of this. Will buy more because not afraid of losing money if it doesn't fit. Just send it back, free shipping tag included with purchase.

Everything was as expected. One item was back ordered however it arrived in a reasonable time and I am overall very satisfied

I love their products and the quality. Their clothes seemed to run a size big, but otherwise it was a great experience. I love this store! My order arrived a lot faster than I anticipated, even the things they had on back order!
I love the store and the selection. This is my first time buying from Victoria's Secret online, and (depending on the experience) I plan to be a frequent customer.

The pants actually fit in the waist perfectly the first time! Everything that I have tried on has fit except a pair of skinny capris, which were actually too loose and long in the legs. I will return them and find a pair of pants in a different fit. The cityshorts are a bit high maintenance since I can't dry them in the dryer, but they fit great. I hope they are that comfortable all day long. The sweater I ordered is not going to ship until June, but I knew that when I made the purchase. I really wanted that color, so I will wait for it.
Please, please, please share ratings and comments from customers on each product! It would save me so many returns and frustration. Less shelf bra tops. They are very unflattering. More tops that don't show your cleavage. I love VS's style, but I don't want to show my chest. It would be great if crops came in multiple lengths like the jeans do. I don't want to wear crops that look like high waters. I love that there are usually multiple views of each item. Thank you for listening.

the color of sweet leopard is very nice, I liked the bras and panties. A rainbow leopard on the contrary, did not like at all (Gorgeous Side-tie Bikini Bottom sent the wrong color, I waited. I wrote a letter to support me and promised to return the money for them. It's too bad that it happened. I was left with no panties required color. I love all their products. The items I purchase are used on a regular basis and have not shown a ton of ware. This is due to VS producing high quality goods.

Every time I have ever had to contact customer service personnel at Victoria's Secret, everyone has been extremely helpful and gracious. If I have even the slightest problem, a representative in customer service has always rectified the situation immediately. I cannot speak more highly of Victoria's Secret customer service department.
