This has was not my first and certainly not my last... We bought this as a gift for our aunt and she just hit the floor when she opened it. Their product is good, their prices are even better and their customer service listens to you and works with you.

The stone I selected was smaller than expected. This was due to my ignorance primarily, however the photo on the site led me to expect more. The ring is quite nice, though petite. I'lll be sure to get educated regarding gem sizes before ordering again.

I ordered something eight days before I needed it to be delivered. Paid for express delivery and did not receive any shipping information. I called to ask when the item would be delivered and they stated it would not be delivered until four days after I needed it. So I canceled the order.
