I was questioning my order at one time, called the company and the person on the other line was very helpful and pleasant. She reassured me that things were correct. I received my order right on time and was very pleased with the quality of the product purchased.
The website was easy to use and not confusing. I just hope that the product is as nice as the website!

Was so excited when I ordered... then when it came n I opened it I was so pleased that I will be ordering for all 4 of my children bedding!!!
This was my first purchase from kinglinen.com....I haven't received the set yet but so excited I have 4 children so if I love my set I will definitely be buying quite a few more things!!

I needed to return my first order because of miss information on sizes. Your staff were very professional and friendly. The only negative remark I have deals with shipping. The boxes used to ship both orders were riped and really beat up. I was glad the products weren't damaged.

Top quality
I have purchased a quilt from King Linen in the past. The quality is excellent. The shipping for my current purchase is almost as high as the price but the sale was good and the pillows are a match for my quilt.

I ordered my comforter set on March 3 2012 and by the tracking information I would have thought I would have received the set by March 7 2012. I did receive my set on March 9 2012. When I looked at the tracking information through UPS on March 8 2012 it said I would receive the product in 1 more day but the date was in July. Very confusing!!!!

Yes I am very satisfied with the quilt and bed sets I have received. they are very "Tommy Bohoma" looking without paying the price. I especially like the sheet top that matches the quilt, it doesn't wrinkle like most. Being a boutique style hotel we need quality and good looks both at a reasonable price which has been hard to find in the past. The color wasnt what I expected it said platinum which silver/grey this color appears bronze/brown.
